The issue is too important for internet commerce to rest on a poorly reasoned opinion by a Kentucky circuit judge who apparently did not fully understand the internet and how it operates.UPDATE: Inexplicably, the Governor of the good Commonwealth has decided to waste additional scarce tax dollars (Kentucky is running a HUGE deficit) and has appealed this decision to the Kentucky Supreme Court.
