De forma similar a como se define genéricamente un desperfecto, un defecto es cualquier falla o condición real o hipotética (visible u oculta) en la calzada o la acera que, en general, pueda hacer que la región sea incómoda o insegura para el paso habitual, ya sea a pie o en coche. [read post]
