As predicted by Sam Trosow and myself, about two months ago, AUCC (Association of Universities and Colleges Canada) has now capitulated to Access Copyright (AC) on the post-secondary Copyright Board case by agreeing to a "model license" that is similar to the disadvantageous deal (from the academic standpoint) signed onto by UofT and Western.
