They say that it protects all of the enumerated rights in the Constitution, all of the rights listed in the Civil Rights Act of 1866, a bunch of natural law rights relating to contract and employment, unenumerated fundamental rights, and the right of similarly situated citizens to equality in the public sphere, which they define broadly to include places of public accommodations.
