Here is another longish clip – 4.28 minutes from our Conference Course. This clip is solicitor Simon Parrott of Sharman Law in Bedford talking about agency law. I have chosen a clip from the middle where Simon talks about the agents fiduciary duty – this is so important in law but is totally ignored by so many agents! Tom Ginsburg is Professor of Law at the University of Chicago Law School. This paper, co-written with Zachary Elkins (University of Texas at Austin School of Law) and James Melton (IMT Institute for Advanced Studies, Italy) was presented on October 17, 2009 at the Conference on Comparative Constitutional Design at the University of Chicago Law School. David’s talk on HMOs was one of the best received of our conference 2013 talks. David is a real expert in HMO law and practice.  Much of his day job involves defending landlords who have been prosecuted by Local Authorities under the HMO regulations.
