Esa es la conclusión que aflora en primera impresión, aunque habrá que esperar lo que dicen nuestros tribunales en esos otros supuestos, y como no, lo que el Tribunal Constitucional pueda resolver en el futuro ( si quiere torear el miura). [read post]

Para el jurista atento, resulta llamativo que la Sala contencioso-administrativa del Supremo esté llamada a resolver un recurso de casación sobre las limitaciones del arrendamiento de vehículo con conductor (caso Uber y Cabify), y cuando torea el miura, anunciadas y verificadas las deliberaciones, se publique de inmediato un Decreto-Ley que pretende devolverlo a los corrales. Al margen de lo pintoresco de la situación, en que yo debía hacer un trabajo fuera de mis competencias ( yo era responsable de Urbanismo) para alguien que asumía cometidos retribuidos fuera de las suyas, como era joven e impetuoso me lancé a torear el miura. [read post]
