 Any reader of the (excellent) work of the team of researchers on cohabitation lead by Gillian Douglas at Cardiff will appreciate the real problems that are just not amenable to the clean and fundamentally unfair solution provided by a resulting trust theory.Be that as it may, it has become apparent over many years that the constructive trust doctrine is not exactly easy to operate.
