So the second big news that came out this week is I saw that Northern District of Texas, Judge Brantley Starr created a new rule for his court for anyone appearing before him that they must certify that if they’ve used any generative AI tools, that they have to sign it and certify that a human has reviewed the work before it was filed with the court.
