I did find it noteworthy that one employer faced with a discrimination suit countersued the employee, alleging that her suit was an abuse of process and caused him emotional distress; he even filed a third-party claim against her attorneys, alleging it was “obvious” they did not research her “bogus” claims (Redd v Jackson, EDVA June 21, 2013).
