Via the Legal Profession blog--a lawyer with no time for that silly old disciplinary committee:While attempting to serve the Respondent, the Office of the Disciplinary Counsel investigator...spoke with Respondent's wife, who advised the investigator that she had spoken to her husband and that he did not wish to cooperate with the Office of the Disciplinary Counsel and that he would not be meeting with the office.
