It's fairly unusual for a high-profile, 84-page opinion to be per curiam rather than signed by its author.Yet here you go.I wonder if the author of the opinion prefers to remain anonymous, for professional or other reasons.Read the subject matter and try to figure out why the author of such a lengthy (and careful) opinion might want to just be part of a panel opinion.Rank speculation, of course.
