The coating (20) is porous and is intended to reduce the effects of thermal gradients (see sentence bridging pages 4 and 5); it is applied on top of a dense, abrasive resistant, insulating coating (13); it is not said how the latter coating (13) is applied.[4.4.5] The skilled person reading E3 is looking for a means for applying the insulating coating.
