Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers are looking into a hit and run Auto Accident in Marion County, Indiana that left one Indianapolis man dead and another Indianapolis man hurt. 33-year old David Smith was found dead on a street on Indianapolis's west side. 28-year old Jason Pedigo was found on the street as well in critical condition.
