I started this blog three years ago for ONE reason: Because the government and banking PR machine was blaming the crisis on “irresponsible borrowers,” and I KNEW then that would prove to be an ultimately destructive thing because, as I wrote back then… when they realize what’s really happened, that it’s not “irresponsible borrowers,” they will have destroyed  the political will to do what’s needed to fix it.
