Thanks to JurisNotes.com for pointint to In re The Black & Decker Corporation, Serial No. 76570453 (December 28, 2006) where the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board reversed a refusal to register an octagonal key head design where there was no "look for" advertising orpromotion. [read post]
