For what it's worth, I have reasonably strong views against public (state-sponsored) shaming, but privately initiated exposure of wrongdoing, especially when it is intermediated by the internet and it reflects wrongdoing that has already been adjudicated, is quite different and doesn't raise a lot of the same concerns I have elaborated elsewhere.
