When a bill to INCREASE taxes sails through the Republican-controlled Senate 55-0 (and 130-8 in the Democratically-controlled Assembly), and the Senate Majority Leader, Dean Skelos, is quoted as saying "We're cutting taxes, in my opinion", something very strange is afoot. [read post]
