  Although I remain a card-carrying member of the ACLU, the target of much of her criticism, I have little trouble agreeing with many of her specific critiques and, more particularly, her point that the costs of a free-speech regime, especially in the modern era, may well be borne by socially marginalized or unusually vulnerable groups, of which women are her primary, and persuasive, example.
