An off-duty Orange County police officer who was accused of driving under the influence in May after he was allegedly discovered asleep at the wheel on the freeway attended his arraignment on Monday. 32-year-old Jared Russell Doyle, an officer with the Garden Grove Police Department, was reportedly driving down the 55 Freeway on the morning of May 27 and his vehicle, which failed to remain in one designated lane, stopped in the middle of the road.
