In a rather interesting turn of events, a new case was recently decided by the European Court of Justice based on a case in Sweden, addressing this very topic earlier this year.The case in question was Svensson v Retriever Sverige AB, concerning a number of Swedish journalists who regularly posted their journalistic content on the Göteborgs-Posten newspaper and on the Göteborgs-Posten website.
