By this stage in the judgment it looked like the Claimant might have unlocked the key to this case but two further barriers remained - negotiating the must fit exclusion and, most importantly, establishing infringement.The "must fit" or "interface" exclusion comes from section 213(3)(b)(i) CDPA.
