Some of the responses to lack of access to justice rely on lawyers (or paralegals) and others are based on the assumption that lawyers are either not required, they’re required just a little bit or can be replaced by non-legally trained advisers (I mean “replaced” here, rather than supplemented or partnered with) or not by people at all, but by, in effect, machines.
