This afternoon a Tyler jury in Judge Leonard Davis' court declined to find direct infringement of the seven claims asserted by plaintiff Soverain, but found induced infringement of the five claims for which inducement was claimed, and that the deendant had failed to show by clear and convincing evidence that the claims were anticipated.
