Here in Oregon, we've decriminalized hard drugs through Measure 110, normalized their use through "harm reduction," stopped going after drug dealers, closed mental health treatment facilities, and normalized living on the streets in tents and zombie RVs.History will show that what these actions did was destroy the once-treasured livability of our cities, and that's for the lucky ones who stayed away from the drugs.
