According to tbo.com, should Murdock's case be ruled a suicide at the end of the ongoing police investigation, it would be eerily similar to those of an increasing list of professional football players that have taken their own lives, like Junior Seau, the star linebacker with the San Diego Chargers, the Miami Dolphins and the New England Patriots and Dave Duerson, who played as safety for the Chicago Bears, the New York Giants and the Phoenix Cardinals.
