These conservatives have apparently convinced themselves that people jumped on the Trump bandwagon when they found out that the government had told colleges and universities to use standards that are less likely to result in women’s accusations of sexual assault being ignored or disparaged.I am not saying that there is no argument to be made from a conservative perspective that the Obama approach violated some ideal balance of powers between the executive and legislative branches.
