Whilst any increase will be welcome to the trade and event organisers, the extra 3 offers only a small benefit, and it should not be forgotten that there was no change to the other limits, so anyone who holds a personal licence is still subject to a maximum of 50 in a calendar year wherever the event will be held, and anyone who applies who does not hold a personal licence is limited to just 5 per calendar year.
