They were responding to the findings of fact that 37th District Judge David Berchelmann Jr. of San Antonio, special master in In Re: Honorable Sharon Keller, submitted to the judicial conduct commission on Jan. 20.Berchelmann, who was appointed as special master by the Texas Supreme Court, found that Keller should not be removed from office or be publicly reprimanded for her conduct in connection with Richard's case.
