For now, Jonathan Zittrain gave two interesting examples: (1) British pubs are now taking patrons' fingerprints and publishing a blacklist of rowdy pubgoers to other pubs, and (2) websites allow angry drivers to criticize bad drivers by license plate number. 3) We often treat reputation as a monolithic assessment (good or bad), but it is granular and contextual.
