We haven’t spent as much time on the point that unfair competition is the antithesis of non-case-specific definition—under Kellogg-type doctrines, you may need a definition of what the defendant can’t do, and you may get a definition of what people in general can do (as long as they take differentiating steps) but you don’t necessarily need a before the fact definition of the plaintiff’s rights.
