Looking, in a perfect world, for a perfect vehicle in which you can easily take the matter over; for example, a case previously (and unsuccessfully) litigated by a pro se litigant who's got nothing to lose, and everything to gain, by letting you take over the case pro bono and file a pure "circuit split" certiorari petition?
