The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced a settlement in an age discrimination suit it filed on behalf of a Shawano woman, Sharon Passon, 60, who was fired as the billing specialist for Computer Systems LLC, of Shawano, in April 2010, while the company kept a 34-year-old employee who was less qualified for the job, according to the complaint.
