Apart from the hypocrisy, from a legal viewpoint, this is probably unjust enrichment & courts should require dis-gouging of the profits made by way of deposit into courts as a precondition to hearing the matters.Separately, and a on a deeper level - the point of caution that both Kartik & Mr Warren Buffet (great minds think alike!)
