The UK Government's Annual Pledge Report 2007/08 is just out.The Pledge Report contains a review of ADR use in government over the past 12 months.Bottom line is the use of ADR by government in Britain has risen by 25.25% compared to 06/07.The money quote;'During the reporting period 2007/08, ADR has been used in 374 cases with 271 leading to settlement, saving costs estimated at £26.3 million.
