That case, the Sanders case, has not been decided yet as it pertained to cases prior to 2005 which is before the 2005 cap limiting awards to $350,000 for non-economic damages (pain and suffering, disability, loss of limbs ... basically anything that does not have a bill or invoice attached to it).
