But according to a footnote in the judicial conduct commission's Notice of Formal Proceedings there is a dispute as to whether then-CCA general counsel Edward Marty told Keller that Richard's attorneys wanted the CCA to stay open late or whether Marty referred to the clerk's office, not the court, and asked Keller the specific question of whether the clerk's office stayed open past 5 p.m. [read post]
