This shows that even the police don't understand the law (not that we did not know that seem that most police are heavy handed bullies who never want to be held responsible for there actions whilst .... then having the person who is guilty of the crime trying to explain to them who knows nothing about the crime of the supposed crime and afterward they are still none the wiser as they dont understand a damn thing lol ...
