Download In-House Counsel Registration Rule for NY eff 04-20-11 AS ADOPTED Under the new rule, in-house attorneys who are already working in-house in New York but who are not members of the NY Bar will have 90 days from the effective date (until about July 20th) to register, and attorneys from other jurisdictions who begin working in NY after the effective date will have 30 days to register.
