I bet you get paid a ton of money for convincing the Court of Appeal to reinstate a $120 million jury verdict against Chevron notwithstanding the trial court's grant of a new trial.But you probably also get paid a ton of money for convincing the California Supreme Court to grant review and decide whether the Court of Appeal was correct.Probably even more if you eventually win in the California Supreme Court.
