But PLAL practically gives medical monitoring the ALI seal of approval - six different illustrations and two pages (small print) of Reporters' Notes, all without a any acknowledgement anywhere that the existence, vel non (fancy legal Latin for "or not"), of the cause of action itself is quite questionable.So, after all has been said and done, our basic beef with PLAL remains pretty much the same as it's always been.
