If somebody talks EBITDA, put your hand on your wallet; they're a crook.To this day, Overstock.com and its CEO Patrick Byrne were never about GAAP or following SEC disclosure rules such as Regulation G governing non-GAAP accounting measures such as EBITDA. [read post]
