According to Bloomberg, the trustee for the creditors of American Business is suing Bear Stearns, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley, who underwrote and sold $3.6 billion of mortgage-backed bonds secured by mortgage loans originated by American Business between 2000 and 2003, pocketing $50 million in fees.
