It has too much substance to be discounted--more specific and potentially relevant information than the previous NY Post article on the deal, but also more than what I've seen from others reporting on the FTC approval process--and this time around it is possible that the NY Post had access to a great source about things that happen between New York City and Washington DC.The FTC is currently one commissioner short (four members instead of five).
