Though I don't advocate an over the top, scorched earth strategy in every case and I'll concede that some finite matters - incorporation, leases, wills and such - can readily be unbundled and automated, I'm not so sure how well ongoing matters like foreclosure, collection, immigration or criminal cases, particularly those involving less sophisticated clients translate to the unbundled model.
