I'm not a vegetarian (you'll have to pry my seafood from my dead, cold fingers), but I actually like a lot of vegetables: - fresh salads (sometimes), especially Asian chicken salads - artichokes (leaves and hearts) - asparagus - kale - spinach (fresh or cooked) - cauliflower (sauteed or steamed) - broccoli (sauteed or steamed) - corn - green beans - hearts of palm - radishes (broiled) - beets Not to mention all kinds of things that I think technically aren't vegetables but… [read post]
