Serendipitously, David Brooks wrote an op ed in the New York Times today, “In Praise of Dullness,” discussing   a different study that found  the ideal C.E.O. is ” humble, diffident, relentless and a bit unidimensional,” in short, “not the most exciting people to be around. [read post]
