This necessarily follows from the fact that Part I applies only to arbitrations having their seat / place in India....The words "suspended or set aside", in Clause (e) of Section 48(1) can not be interpreted to mean that, by necessary implication, the foreign award sought to be enforced in India can also be challenged on merits in Indian Courts.
