I did not catch any testimony, but instead watched arguments over the admissibility of statements to the press by former White House press secretary Scott McClennan, as part of the prosecution's efforts to  counter Libby's contention that some of the president's people were trying to make him a scapegoat, or "throw him under the bus" as his lawyer phrased it.
