in 86 got uaumv got 6 yrs probation in 92 got revoked then got 3yr tdc live it out got off paper in 95 been out of trouble every sense. in 2003 hauled the us mail  and carried guns while drivin the truck and had to unload them. but i cant get job doing state inspection on cars or get none of my rights back. i payed my debt to the states i think that all ppl that not a vilont crime should be able to get their rites back after ten yrs of finishin their parole and / or… [read post]

About half were sentenced with new criminal offenses, and the balance were returned to prison because Judges revoked probations at a much higher rate, often for violations which were merely technical in nature rather than for new crimes.Offenders on probation are supervised by county probation officers whose service is funded primarily by local tax dollars with about one-third of total funding from the state.
