PURPORTEDLY KICKED A HANDCUFFED MAN IN THE CHEST AND STOMACHDG (51), a former DEA Task Force Officer from Seaford, New York, was sentenced on February 22, 2024, to three months in prison for using excessive force on an individual who was handcuffed and reportedly did not resist arrest.Apparently, DG kicked the man in the chest and stomach, while the latter was restrained, and caused injury to that individual.
